We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We ship world wide from Melbourne Australia using DHL ecommerce, and DHL express. If you are international and need your item soon, please choose DHL Express, non-express shipping can sometimes take up to 20-30 days.
Please make sure your receiving address is safe and secure. We are not responsible for missing parcels if we have the tracking that says it is delivered.
We will happily exchange purchased items within 5 days of receiving.
Return shipping expenses, and extra re-shipping charge must be paid for by customer.

Exchange items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind, or wrong size ordered.

*Any Import duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
If your Item is returned to us by the postal service because of wrong address or unclaimed item, we will send it out again, but we will have to charge shipping again.
