April 19 - FXXKING RABBITS X JUNGLES
#FR2 (Fxxking Rabbits), a provocative Japanese label, is headed by Ryo Ishikawa, an iconic figure in Tokyo’s streetwear scene, renowned for his flagship brand VANQUISH and partnerships with legendary Japanese streetwear personality Hiroshi Fujiwara, forming DENIM by VANQUISH & FRAGMENT. #FR2 blends together the worlds of fashion, design and photography with its range of bold and unorthodox graphic t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories.
We have collaborated with #FR2 on a collection of graphic heavy garments that combine #FR2's sexually charged branding and the subtle comical value of Jungles graphics.
One of #FR2's most recognizable graphics is the “SMOKING KILLS” logo, one that was inspired by Ishikawa’s own journey to quit smoking. Ishikawa was inspired to drop the habit not for health reasons, but apparently because an infamous female figure in Japan told him that if he quit smoking, she'd have sex with him.

ANYWHERE BUT HERE - BY JORDAN KAYE
December 18 - 'ANYWHERE BUT HERE'
FEATURING BELLA AND TOBI, BY JESS BROHIER
Humans have always longed for an escape from reality. Whether it be simply having a day off work, going on a holiday, or though darker methods of alcohol abuse, or drug abuse. A lot of things are happening in the world today that make us think that the reality we are living in is getting out of control. Every bodies reality is different. Good or bad, sooner or later you are going to need a break. Jungles serves as a platform to momentarily escape the reality you are in, stop thinking about whatever it is that is on your mind, and drift off into our world for a moment.

VIVASTUDIO / JUNGLES JUNGLES
'CORPORATE ROCK AND ROLL'
We made a trip to Seoul early 2018, on this trip we met the team of Vivastudio. They are long time fans of Jungles, and likewise we are big fans of their work. We decided to join together to celebrate the harmony of minimalist sensitivity and chaotic visuals. Premium quality Korean made cut and sew mixed with our raw graphic ideas. Corporate rock and roll.

September 18 - 'SEND HELP'
FEATURING COLE, BY VICTORIA MOURA SMITH
An exploration of nihilistic ideas presented in a light-hearted way. Ideas of boredom and frustration with repetitive 9-5 work life, and wanting an escape. 'Send Help' is the idea of a person being stuck in a job they hate on minimum wage and wanting to escape, but can't. The graphics in this collection are like little thoughts that the person may have.
X-GIRL / JUNGLES JUNGLES
'CRAZY GRRRL'
In the summer of 1994, Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, founded X-girl with her friend, Daisy von Furth, who worked in XLARGE. Mike D, one of the members of Beastie Boys, who has also been a business partner of XLARGE, asked Kim if she was interested in starting her own line.
Kim and Daisy designed “real clothing” which was the collection of what they wanted to wear. They used graphic designs on their collection. X-girl is considered as a pioneer of “Girl’s Movement” in the fashion industry, involving art and music. The logo of X-girl was designed by Mike Mills. One of his friends, Michelle Rock Wood, was the model of the well-known “face” logo that symbolizes X-girl. Later, he started to design the t-shirts and the posters of X-girl.
In 1994, X-girl opened a store in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. And in the same year, they held a first guerilla-style fashion show in Soho, New York, which was produced by Sofia Coppola and Spike Jonze. Chloe Sevigny and Michelle Rock Wood joined the show as models.
X-girl continues to offer “Real Girl’s Clothing”- basic style that are inspired by rock, military, outdoor, sports, and many other street culture factors.
